Withdraw from contract here

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from the subscription contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. To exercise this right, send POLARISAI LIMITED a clear statement at diego@ecomtrackr.com or use the form at https://ecomtrackr.com/withdrawal. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. Any longer period or other mandatory right provided by applicable law is preserved.

Identify yourself and the contract, for example with your name, account email and order or invoice reference. No reason, retention offer, feedback or account login is required for the online form. The form asks you to review the information and then select Confirm withdrawal. We save the notice and send an acknowledgement containing its content and submission date and time by email without undue delay.

On a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments received under the withdrawn contract, including any standard delivery charge where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no reimbursement fee. Access under that contract ends when it is withdrawn. We verify the contract to prevent changes to someone else’s account; acknowledgement of a notice is not a receipt for a completed refund.

We do not treat login, app use or acceptance of these terms as a waiver of withdrawal rights. Under this policy we do not deduct a service-use charge from a valid consumer withdrawal during the statutory period. The discretionary 24-hour refund window does not restrict this right.
